3rd Mercosur Art Biennale: 

The event started on October 15^th and will last until December 12^th. It is the most expressive and greatest art exhibition in the south of Brazil. A total of 125 artists, from Brazil and foreign countries are exhibiting their works on several locations of the city: at the "containers’ city", MARGS (Museum of Arts of RGS), RGS Memorial, Maurício Sirotzky Sobrinho Park, São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital, Santander Cultural and Gasometro Mill. More than 500 thousand visitors are being expected. The president of the Foundation of Mercosur Visual Arts Biennale is the renowned Medical Doctor Ivo Nesralla.
